Our Response to COVID-19
Doing our part to keep you safe!
Helping Hands At Home Care Agency, LLC is working with the PA Department of Health Services and Allegheny County Health Department to continue to monitor the Covid-19 situation. Our leadership team has prepared a comprehensive pandemic response plan and are actively working to ensure the health and safety of our consumers and team members across all of our locations.
Our caregivers will:
-Monitor their temperatures prior to attending a shift.
-Report any changes in their health conditions (i.e a cough, cold, or fatigue)
- Wear masks while on shift.
- Wash hands often.
- Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue.
- Clean high-touch surfaces and objects regularly (for example, daily or after each use) and after you have visitors in your home.
